UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hi, wondering if anyone here knows when the next dates are available to the Kaiser SoCal New Grad residency program? I missed the deadline for the Fall 2025 cohort. Or how often they have new cohorts

I interviewed at Pan City today, did any groups as when we would be hearing back?

OMG AMAZING!! how'd it go? I have an interview for WH next week and it's 8 hours

8 hours?! Ours was only an hour! They did it as group interview but there were 4 ppl. I know they interviewed multiple groups I just don't know how many. There were basic interview questions and scenario based questions

So is that it for pancity? Or are they doing more as they go? Email saids they will hold interview between Dec 8 to jan 9. Im not sure if they're doing just 1 set of interviews or if they will do it through out this month

For those who got called to interview, can I ask you what things did you include on your resume that might help get a call from kaiser? any other things you mentioned in your app that basically boosted you? like healthcare experience, school clubs, etc?

Hi!

Not to discourage at ALL, but...

 

I applied for Kaiser's New Grad Residency in July and was called for an interview. (Didn't get in)

 

Applied in Nov with the SAME resume - did not get a call. LOL.

 

So... :/. Yeah. 

On my resume is clinical hours, credentials, certifications, professional associations, work history, education and languages.

 

It's these dumb AI resume filtering systems.
