Kaiser Socal New Grad Residency 2023

Starting a thread for those of us who applied for the March 2023 cohort this January. Anyone else applied? If so, which location? I received the snapshot screening questionnaire this week. They say we will hear from them early next week. Good luck to us! Can't wait to hear from y'all ?

I just received a call for an interview this Thursday in irvine! I was told it will be from 8 am to 2 pm. is everyone else's interview day that long? does anyone know what is expected?

Thank you! I still don't (recent graduate) so I'm not banking on a call, but it doesn't seem Downey has made calls yet so I'll keep my little hopes up ??

I still have not received a call from the Downey Kaiser... I don't think they've started making them yet.

Hi! Kaiser Downey Medical Center called me just now for an interview. However, the exact words were "emergency room residency program”…… a while back I applied to an RN training position so not sure which one this this is....

Wow that's cool, I should have applied there!! I would of loved to do the ER

I didn't get a call from Downey KP but I did receive an email invite to interview at SouthBay Kaiser in Harbor City.

Does anyone have experience interviewing with Kaiser? How can I best prepare?

they were very behavioral questions tell me about yourself, "tell me about a time....." etc, nothing clinical. But I heard it varies with the different Kaiser locations ?
