Updated:   Published

Starting a thread for those of us who applied for the March 2023 cohort this January. Anyone else applied? If so, which location? I received the snapshot screening questionnaire this week. They say we will hear from them early next week. Good luck to us! Can't wait to hear from y'all ?

Mines went well. I was nervous. Did they tell you when you should hear back?

I didn't get a call from Downey KP but I did receive an email invite to interview at SouthBay Kaiser in Harbor City.

Does anyone have experience interviewing with Kaiser? How can I best prepare?

I interviewed with San Diego, and I had behavioral questions and clinical scenario questions.

I was told that they were interviewing throughout the week and that they would get together on Friday to discuss. He said there was a slight chance we'd hear back on Friday, but most likely on Monday.

how long was the interview?

Has anyone heard back from Downey or Anaheim?

LAMC was 15-20 min

is anyone interviewing for irvine? I was told it would be a full day from 8 am to 2 pm so I am a bit confused on what the day would look like LOL

My interview with San Diego was scheduled from 9:00-9:30am. Mine took about 25 minutes.

My friend interviewed there before and she said everyone had to sit and wait for their turn and it went in alphabetical order.

First round of interviews at KP Baldwin Park was today. They're having three in total with another one happening tomorrow, and the third next Tuesday. They said we will hear who made it in after Tuesday. There are 20 spaces available in their New Grad program; today, there were 16 of us. Some peeps thought it was a long process, but I did not think so; it went from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. as told during the phone call. It was a group interview with all the unit managers taking turns to ask questions. Some questions were hard, others not so much. Just be yourself and relax so you can recall those clinical scenarios that apply to answering their questions. Good luck everyone! I'll answer any questions you may have except for telling you the questions that were asked. Just keeping it fair for everyone.
