Kaiser Socal New Grad Residency 2023

Starting a thread for those of us who applied for the March 2023 cohort this January. Anyone else applied? If so, which location? I received the snapshot screening questionnaire this week. They say we will hear from them early next week. Good luck to us! Can't wait to hear from y'all ?

My status changed to "Talent Acquisition review in progress" for one location (Downey)

Hi guys! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. It makes me feel better knowing that I am not the only one in Kaiser limbo right now. I applied for the Baldwin Park (BP), Downey, South Bay (SB), and Ontario locations. So far, my application status has changed to "required testing initiated" for Downey, SB, and Ontario and "talent acquisition review in progress" for BP. When I was given the choice, I chose BP as my first preferred location and Downey as my 2nd. Good luck everyone and keep in touch!

Mines changed to "Talent Acquisition review in progress" on Monday & today I was offered to interview, I'm still not sure what units are available for the new grad program because I remember the job listing wasn't really clear.

I heard it's more behavioral and getting to know your personality! Nothing like nursing related
