I'll be graduating in July. After talking to some of the recruiters I was told most likely I won't get picked because of the timeline. Your license has to be posted prior to the start date which is August 18th. But I will still try 🙃

For those who are in the new grad program can you give an insight on how the interview went? I have an interview next Friday for woodland hills. the email stated we would be there from 8-4 and will be group interviews. I am super nervous!! Thank you!
Hi! I just wanted to tell you that you got this don't be nervous! I interviewed for an LVN position at Kaiser and got the job. Just study kaisers mission vision and values. Know why you wanted to be a nurse and why you want to work at Kaiser. Also what you envision yourself doing in 5 years from now etc. you got this.
I also wanted to know if WH was your first option? Or was it your second?

Thank you! I'm actually an lvn as well and work at pan city kaiser. But my interview wasn't a group setting and I just don't know what to expect LOL. Woodland Hills was my second option pan city was my first.

Hey GiverOfStickers! How long did it after you submitted your application were you contacted for an interview?
How's your new grad program going so far? I think I read somewhere else you got hired, correct?
I got contacted the week of time frame they gave, I got a telephone interview on a Wednesday afternoon, got a follow up call on Friday to ask additional questions, then the following week I got asked to come in for an in-person interview.
Im on my 7th month of the program and it's been very good, they definitely prep you to be successful, do let me know if you have more specific questions. Feel free to send me a direct message here. Good luck!!
