Kaiser Northern California New Grad Fall 2021

Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a thread where we could help each other out and post updates about applications or ask questions! Good luck to everyone!

For those who completed the Career Snapshot for Kaiser, did any of you hear back yet for interviews? I know they said we will find out late this week but curious to see if they reached out sooner.

I haven't heard back about an interview but I know they started sending out rejections yesterday. I know a few ppl who received them. So at this point I feel like no news is good news. And if you haven't received a rejection you are probably still in the running to do an interview.

Oh wow… I had no clue. I feel for those who did not make it. This New Grad job hunt has been a struggle. It seems as though this applicant pool is more competitive than the last cohort considering this cycle seems to be a stronger presence of internals and externs.
 

Do you know if the rejections were sent out to those who also got asked to complete a Career Snapshots last week? Or just general applicants.

Yah. It is a bummer because they are my friends. They did fill out career snapshots. Hopefully they can get through next time. The struggle is so real.

And no problem. I feel like having more info helps ease the anxiety. So, I'm glad it helped!!

I can’t agree anymore. Thankful for this group and the fluid communication. Hoping for the best for everyone.

Hey everyone. I am so bummed out I just received the rejection letter. Was anyones status on taleo "talent acquisition interview scheduled" but then changed to "no longer in consideration"? Im hoping its a glitch or something in the system

Mine went from interview scheduled to "talent acquisition review in progress" as of just a few moments ago. Perhaps that means they've received my snapshot and it's under review?

My status via KP Careers just changed today 8/24  to reflect “Talent Acquisition Review in Progress”. I am hoping this a good sign for us for interview invites!

Yah my friends KP status said "talent acquisition interview scheduled" and then they did the snapshot and then they got the rejection email. Also, I'm really sorry I know its a bummer.

Ahh it sucks because I was one of the externs who worked on the tele floors, I thought I would have a good shot of getting an interview at least ?
