Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency Spring 2024 Cohort 8

Welcome to Cohort 8 forum! Creating this for all those interested in the Kaiser Nurse Residency for new grads.

The career snap shot was a little confusing. I ranked South Bay as first (santa clara, SJ) and east bay as my top. I felt my chances would be lower if I picked one specific hospital. Has anyone gotten a call for an interview?

I applied for greater SF area first and then greater Sacramento area second. The email said invites for interviews will be sent out 10/30 and interviews will be held 11/2-17. Has anyone applied before and gotten to the interview before?

Oh I see. I read it as they would send them no later than the 30th if you didn't receive an email. Didn't realize all the emails would be sent out the 30th

Well I just got a rejection email because I have 4 months inpatient experience. Wish they hadn't changed their requirement from the previous 6 months... but life goes on
