Hi everyone! I just wanted to create a forum for the March 2026 cohort of the Kaiser Norcal Nurse Residency Program that's opening up on Sunday. Good luck everyone!
For the Kaiser new grad RN program — from what I'm seeing, it looks like they might be sending out interview invites to externals first and then internals afterward. Has anyone else noticed the same? Just trying to understand the timeline!
Not quite sure about that one. Internal applicants are likely unionized employees, and should get first dibs/priority over external applicants in roles within the company (as long as they meet all of the minimum qualifications). Stuff like that is usually written in their union contract.
Has anyone on this thread interviewed for KP before? Would you mind sharing how the interview went? Format, any questions you remember, etc. It'd be much appreciated. <3
Good luck everyone on the upcoming interviews. This is my 3rd time applying and second time interviewing. The last interview was on zoom and this one is in person. Regardless of what happens we did make it this far 🙂

Antioch. Last cohort I did the virtual with vallejo. I am hoping the in person goes better. But I am going in with the mentality of its meant to be it will be and if not thats OK too.
