Hi everyone! I just wanted to create a forum for the March 2026 cohort of the Kaiser Norcal Nurse Residency Program that's opening up on Sunday. Good luck everyone!

To everyone who already received interview invites, are you internal or external applicants? Any tips or insight would be really appreciated!

I'm external, but I did a clinical rotation at KP.

I thought I could just update my profile, but when I went to view my ncal submission, my ncal cover letter doesn't show up under relevant files anymore. I would say just go to your profile and put it back on there. Just make sure to label which cover letter is for NCAL and SCAL.. you can add multiple documents.

Don't panic! I heard there were over 3000 applicants, so they may not have even reached yours just yet. Interview invites are sent in waves. Based on the timeline given in their information session, all invites should go out by the end of next week. You still have time, don't lose hope!

I am panicking right now. I did not realize the due to send in an updated resume is 5 PT today.. I just submitted mine right now. Do you think they will retract my invite? I'm so scared
