Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency Fall 2023 Cohort 7

Hello everyone! I just wanted to create this for all those interested in the Kaiser Nurse Residency for new grads application that has a start date of 8/4/2023 - 8/8/2023 Winter Cohort 7 that will start on 12/4/2023.

Informational webinar for the Winter Cohort 7 will be held on 8/1/2023 at 10 a.m (PST).

Congrats y'all!! That's so exciting. I didn't receive an interview invite yet. Hopefully this doesn't mean I'm denied already

They said by the 17th! So its honestly surprising that they started sending today!

I signed up for my interview but I only had an option for the 22nd at 9:30am? Are we only interviewing woth people that are looking at the same hospital or group of hospitals we're doing?

I was shocked considering the interview dates are still supposed to be given tomorrow

You have the option to choose any hospital within your group to interview with. Whichever hospital you choose to interview with does not dictate the hospital that you will be employed. I shopped around at the different hospitals within my group and found the time and date that worked best for me. 
 

And yes, we're only interviewing with the people that are assigned to our respective group (not hospital, this hasn't been determined yet).

I only picked Roseville that's why. I pressed the link they sent me and it only gave me one option ?

That's odd. The link I clicked gave me options for every single hospital within NorCal, but instructions told me to only choose within my group.

It makes sense

in the career snapshot I only chose an individual hospital versus a group hospital

Guessing I limited my options hahaha
