Has anyone had their interview yet? If so are you willing to share what type of questions they asked and how the process was?

I also got an interview for SF! I'm trying to find examples of practice questions that they might ask.

For those that interviewed, how did it go? any tips or anything we should know going in?

Hi guys! I know lots of us are going through the interview process within these next couple of weeks and I just had my interview today so I thought I'd share some insight on the process. We only had about 3 minutes to answer each question. They ended up asking everyone different questions every round so nothing was repeated!

Lots and lots of behavioral based questions! Lots of tell me about a time.. So make sure you're prepared to have specific examples to pull from!

Cultural competency was really big, I think they had like 4-5 questions surrounding what you would do or approach the situation regarding cultural background.

They also had a few clinical questions, specifically the ones that were asked in mine were about antibiotics (specifically about medication administration), diuretics, dumping syndrome, and patient safety q's!

I will say overall, I would focus on being yourself! At the beginning of the interview, one of the unit managers just let us know that they were genuinely just there to get to know us and to support us! Good luck to you all, you've got this!

*Side note, please don't ask me what region I interviewed for LOL
