Made a forum for those of us who will be applying to Kaiser's NorCal New Grad RN program, July 2025 cohort.

Application is open 3/30/25-4/3/2025

Just fyi they are doing a lot of audit meaning they are asking people some follow up questions. If it doesnt meet, then the candidate will be dropped. Again don't lose hope! Still have the 21st! 

Follow up even if you have an interview?

Yes! Only for some people,  some people are getting question in regards to education or if there are pending certs going on! If it doesn't meet, even if you have scheduled interview they can cancel your interview. Just a heads up!

Anxiety picking up because so many people have heard. I met all the stats so now patiently waiting and hoping for the best 🤞

I was wondering because it said they could audit the snapshots and candidates have 72 hours to verify, but they sent out invites immediately so no time for that.

Would anyone who has interviewed be willing to share their experience to help us applying for the next cohort? What kind of questions/scenarios to expect?

As the date gets closer I want to just clarify that everyone who received an invite got it from a NCAL Residency email?

Heard back from Kaiser, not selected due to high demand or applications. They not specify if I did or did not meet the stats. Good luck to everyone who did get interviews!🤞🏼

I received my rejection email. I applied for Fresno #1 & East Bay area for #2. I am a Kaiser employee too. I did read that Fresno usually doesn't have space for new grads or that it is limited so I wonder if I should've chosen another area. Well I guess I will have to continue working at Kaiser and getting outside RN experience.  Congratulations to everyone who got an interview and I hope that you do great.
