I was recently selected to interview for a SoCal Kaiser's New Grad Program. When I arrived for the interview I learned it was a group interview. There were only 14 of us for 6 slots. We did 3 activities before a 3-person panel. I felt this approach didn't allow the interviewers the opportunity to really get to know me and what I could truly bring to the position, and what an asset I'd be to them. I felt the experience was a total waste of my time. I thought it was also unfair that some of the candidates had attended in the past and knew what to expect, resulting in their responses being reheorificed. While those of us there for the first time had to go off the cuff. I felt this was a poor way to interview professionals for six-figure positions. I would have expected better from KP. Very disappointed.

Maybe you can write a thank you letter to them for the interview and add a few items about why you are the best candidate.
Are you able to elaborate on what you mean by activities?
I did send a Thank You card the same day, but they made their decision that afternoon and I received my rejection e-mail before lunch the next day. So my Thank You card was not taken into consideration.
Activity #1 - 1-2 minute introduction of self, your experience, one asset you could bring to the job and a time you gave good customer service.
Activity #2 - Interview your neighbor and then sell them to the panel as why they should hire them.
Activity #3 - Draw a situational question from a hat, read it aloud to the group and explain how you'd handle it.
