Hi everyone!
Just wanted to start a thread so we can all chat/update each other for the Kaiser New Grad- Fall Cohort 10 application which opens 04/26!

never trust them after I realized some special groups get special links to apply ahead... been with kaiser 9 yrs n sadly I didn't get interview for twice alrdy
Bubble KK said:"Did you reapply for the license for the second time? I don't understand why they opened the application for some people on the 15th. I remember seeing a notification on the 17th for NGNRP from KP, but the link did not work for me."
I knew someone who had access to application couple days before it opened but I think the career snapshot is what helps the HR team include the applicants that qualify. I don't know but I'm just taking a guess as to how they can quickly get through thousands of applicants in short amount of time

This has been a theory I have been trying to decipher... as an applicant I wanted to see what were the odds of me getting invited to interview without having Kaiser experiences.
Yet, it didn't make sense that some that only had a BLS and an RN License no anything with Kaiser would be invited to interview, and others who had been working for Kaiser or not... but had more certificates did not.
I poured my heart out on that cover letter, and hoping my stats are enough to be invited. But I still do not understand how they go through thousands of applicants and CL/LOR etc in just a few days. Given other programs take a few weeks.
Let's all stay positive and hope our application touched the right recruiter/manager and soon see an email with an invitation.

It's not that they just applied couple days earlier. It's that they got a different link, like a link for a particular group, which HR might go through that group first.. don't quote me tho haha Im just guessing and bs.

I know right?! I got all the certs and course that they ask for, graduated this year with 3.7, did externship and also work there for like 9 years, I got my LVN license too, I had no idea what stopped me from just getting an interview... BTW, this is my second time applying alrdy... Im gonna quit my LVN there if I don't make it this time.. there is no point to wait for another cohort with such unclear process..
