I took the NCLEX-PN this morning at 8am. I have been a horrible mess all week, but once I got started I honestly felt confident and ready to get it over with. This is my first time taking it, and I had no idea what to expect, but I had been studying from Kaplan's qbank online. I think the questions were the exact same, even the formatting was similar. I got no calculations on the exam. Which was kinda sad because I'm good at those. I did the POV (for quick results) and got the GOOD pop-up. I am anxious to see if I passed or failed. OH I had 85 questions. The suspense is killing me.
To everyone that hasn't taken it. It's a test just like every other one you have been taking all year. Of course there are 15 or so questions that will make you think.. AM I REALLY BEING ASKED THAT? For example, how am I suppose to know how Jewish people handle deaths in a hospital. Some questions are ridiculous. I would recommend you know your lab values and infection control like the back of your hand.
So the wait begins.. GOOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WAITING TO TAKE IT!!

do not doubt the pearsonvue trick. if you got the good pop up, then you passed!!!
as soon as i was done with my nclex (last monday) and got the good pop up, i told everybody i passed and i was an rn.
then 48 hours later, did the quick results and got pass, duh i knew that but needed to print it for work so i can get rn pay.
i know you will still be anxious but try to relax because pvt works!!!
