Just took nclex, but I'm stupid :(

I know, I know how dumb I am for doing this. It was the end of my NCLEX, and I stood up to get out of there and now I'm dealing with an incident report.

Has anyone gone through this? I should have known doing the pearson vue trick would put me on hold. I am devastated at my idiocy.

Will they not let me have a license?

Thanks so much MommaTy! You're right. I know I didn't actually do anything wrong, I'm just frustrated that I made such a silly mistake, and also driving myself crazy wondering if I even passed or not!

You're at the mercy of the quality control/assurance auditors now. Do something nice for yourself while you wait for the audit to be completed and the hold to be lifted.

Take comfort in knowing that nearly 90% of US educated nurses pass the nclex the first attempt, even those that are so stressed/excited/anxious that they jump up forgetting to raise their hand ;)

I know this is an old thread but if you could please update me on what came of this??? I just did the same and I'm so sad. My exam was completely over and logged out but I stood up and they had to write a case:(
