Nursing Students NCLEX

Right now am so disappointed with myself, took the nclex at 10am,finish at 175 question ,I did not get a good pop up,I know deep down I failed. But am not going to give up I am destine to be a nurse, thru God all things are possible.

I'm very sorry to hear this, I can imagine how you feel. I have not taken that test, but I can imagone is hard. Good luck next time! You can do it :)

Not trying to judge you but besides relaying in God, preparing for the nclex should be imperative in order to be successful the second time around.

You can do this!I too am reviewing/preparing for my second take.I took mine last April 5 and stopped at 153 and sadly no good pop up.After quick results I learned I did not pass.Cried, cried and cried a whole lot more. But I prayed and offered it all to Him.I dusted myself up,made peace w myself and to my family(whom I felt i disappointed). They showered me with Love, encouragement and understanding that It's overwhelmingly inspiring.

Assess your strong and weak points,go for what review method/material that is comfortable with you.Make a study sched.Give yourself some time to take it all in.I planned to take it again by July.I rushed in the first time and Im making sure to take my time this time around.

Pray pray pray and pray!

This forum rocks and they give sound advice especially for us who are doubting ourselves right now.Stay strong and have Faith! We are meant to be Rn's!It's just a matter of time☺️☺️☺️

Love your zeal towards "Nursism". Your are right sometimes we didn't get success at first attempt but it doesn't mean you will not ever success.

Why don't you get some coaching or practice session for preparing NCLEX exam available online? I am sure it will improve your performance and thus confidence while exam attempt.

Babesu, I am so sorry. But, it is not over until it's over...until you pass. I understand how you feel because I've been there more than once. However, I am not giving up and you shouldn't give up either. We can do this we will pass only in God's timing. Jer 29:11 God's plan for our lives. Stay Strong and don't give up on your dreams Future RN. PS: wait for your official results because some people was surprised they pass even after they didn't get the good pop up. Keep hope alive.

Hi, I am so sorry you didn't pass.

I failed my first time, and that feeling was the pits!

The good news is, the feelings will go, and you can use them to motivate you to study and prepare even harder for time number 2.

It's just a test, and not everyone is a good test taker.

Good luck to you, future RN!!

@ Marsha238612 that wasnt judgmental that was just mean....first and foremost nothing is possible without God and second im sure she didnt go in to take the test unprepared some people just have high test anxiety

Oliviastewart I did prepared my self for 3 months using study guide, infact I used exam cram, Saunders ,and learningext. And I did my best, however I also has bad anxiety,am just a bad test taker and as a LPN I do get confused with testing the real world with what I have to do for Nclex. So next time I know what I have to do. It just hurt at the moment that I disappoint everyone especially my family.

Very judgemental, "oouch" that's what my pastor would say, as A Christian, and a very God fearing person, I know God's knows best and everything happens for a reason. My faith is not shattered, I can do anything through Christ who strengthen me.

Don't worry, as all said whatever happen, happens for good by the grace of God.... This is not the end of the world. You can still pass NCLEX but for that, you need to plan accordingly. Well my friend passed same with good grades, if you want I can ask her about preparation resources for same.
