Took my boards this morning and am so nervous!!! I sat down at 8 am and at 9:17 my test shut off at the minimum 75 questions. Any thoughts about pass or fail? I know they say you can't tell but I do not fully subscribe to that. Freaking out...:eek:

Try the Pearson Vue Trick. I have yet to see anyone that it's not accurate for.
What is the pearson vue trick?

I'm taking mine in a few hours, so we'll be waiting together!
I googled for "pearson vue trick", and apparently you login to the pearson vue website and attempt to reregister for the NCLEX. If it lets you register and pay again, you failed, and if it stops you, you passed.
No clue if it works, but personally I don't think it's worth potentially spending $200 if it's just something that someone made up!

Go to the NCLEX forum. It is all there....a few thousand posts on the validity of the "trick".
You don't pay again. If it gives you the pay window, you failed.
Ok, so it doesn't bring up the pay window at all if you passed? I was reading it as "You submit all your cc info again, and if it doesn't stop you, you failed."
Jess-I did try it after reading all the posts mentioned in one forum and I did not get the pay window as they said could happen. I do not know whether it is valid but I will say that it said my test was delivered and when I went to reregister as soon as the school information was put in and I hit next it told me that I could not reregister at this time. You will not wind up paying $200 because the theory is that the pay window popping up would indicate that you could test again because your last test did not end with a passing result. Good Luck! This is nerve racking! How do you think you did?
Flmom--Did this work for you too?
It worked for me when I tested earlier this month. I was so nervous, I combed through a ton of Peason Vue trick responses. They were all accurate. I'm sure you passed!
Well, the test shut off after 75 questions, and PV won't let me sign up for a new test. We'll see, I guess!

I have heard of this trick but my best advice is if you were getting a lot of application/assessment type questions ( those are the harder ones) and it shut off at 75, you passed. The A&A questions fall above the line of compentancy on NCLEX and if you stayed above that line you made it, good luck!
