Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me... I just moved from the US to Canada, and I am currently a CNA/NA, and I was wondering what my status of my qualifications would be? I have been a CNA for 4 years now. Any information would be appreciated :)

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking, and probably can't be of much help anyways! :)
I suggest you call immigration, if you're interested in working in Canada. If there is a licensing body for CNA's where you are, you might want to contact them as well. Good luck!

You would probably be considered the equivalent of a psw(personal support worker). I worked with a girl from the states up here and that was the capacity she was working in.
Good luck:p

I suggest you contact the College of Nurses of Ontario and ask them. They will be able to tell you. Here's the contact page of their web site: http://www.cno.org/site/contact.html
You can call them and ask.

You are able to work as a PSW, PCA or orderly.
