Just Offered an L&D Position........

Maimonides just called me with the job offer. The only downfall is that it's a nights position, and I'm not a nights person, but I have to start somewhere. I will adjust. I'm exited. :lol2:

Congratulations! You can always transfer to days when a position opens up. I worked nights when I first started in L&D, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Congrats! I so think nights would be better for me but where I am we are well staffed for nights for now! But then again my Hubby doesn't want me on nights so...I guess I'm good where I am LOL!

congrats!!!! i actually love nights. being new to the unit, night shift tends to be a little slower and you can get the hang of things. and once a day spot opens up you can do that. happy l&d!!!!!!
