I will be a work-from-home CM. Any advice/tips are needed. I want the good, the bad, and the ugly about this particular job and working for this company.

Just wanted to also give an update on my process. I completed a digital/video interview, had a phone interview with the HR Recruiter assigned to the position and also had a phone interview with the team of hiring managers for the role I was applying for. I found out on Friday that I did NOT get the position. Am really bummed about it too. The process is so detailed and I honestly have the necessary experience so I'm not sure what went wrong.

i went through the same thing sds1arm2. Keep on trying!! I, too, felt like I did great on the interview and had plenty of nursing experience, but I still did not get a job offer. I am trying to get into case management/UR where I currently work. Is that an option for you?
