I just got accepted to LPN school. :yeah:I have 10 weeks to prepare what should I be doing to get a jump on the class?
I love reading so any input on books or websites I could study would be helpful.

Congratulations!
Why don't you try to get your hands on your material and the reading assignment. You never know, they might give you all the information you need. I did.

as someone 2/3 of the way through LPN, gearing up for RN in the Fall, what you should be doing is relaxing, enjoying time with friends and family, reading any books you've been meaning to, catching a few last movies, or finishing some last projects.
We had 3-4 exams per week the first semester of LPN school, and now we've got just one but two days of clinicals plus the prep time, and projects, and we're about to move to 3days of clinicals/wk. It's exhausting, and I have to grab little bits of down time when I can, but I really don't think I could have done anything to prepare academically. Until you have your texts and things I don't see how you could really do much in that area.
Congratulations and good luck! I have my degree in another field and I have never worked as hard as I have in nursing school. I love it though, and I love what it's making me into!
