TEAS tests....will vary college to college. The TEAS stands for Test of Essential Academic Skills. https://www.atitesting.com/Solutions/pre-program/TEAS.aspx
Which some programs will require to be sure you make the academic cut.
I know this process as I just did it with my daughter last year. She just completed her first semester....3.97 GPA.

Do you have any assistance from your high school advisor? Does your school use college board? ANY program you choose MUST be approved by the BON (Board of nursing)....Board of Registered Nursing - RN Programs
In general, in high school, you will need 2, preferably 3, years of a foreign language. You will need higher math including trig/calculus, and/or physics. You will need chemistry, biology, and anatomy/physiology (if available at your school) as well as sociology and psychology. If these are at your high school you will still need to retake them at college. A good GPA is imperative AT LEAST a 3.5 or greater....the better the score the better your chances will be. Get involved in clubs/activities in school. Join the healthcare group or HOSA if you have it there....volunteer do community work. If you take the anatomy etc at a community college remember they might not transfer to the college that accepts you....it's all about money.
Which is the best program? The one you can get into. Really...I mean it it is that competitive.
Now for college most 4 year colleges look at the SAT/ACT scores. You can take them more than once and will take each high score every time you take it to get your over all score. You will need a minimum on the SAT of 1100-1200 (reading/math). So take them early and often.
