2 June Boards(Questions, pls help)

Hi All, My packet went to boards but I have not heard back yet(live in St. Louis,MO). I am a NP but am going as 66H(med surg) as CPT. I am wondering if anyone else boarded this date? If so have you heard anything yet?

For anyone else in previous boards I would like to know how you found out? If you you were selected or not? If not selected do they tell you why and do you have any options at that point? Does the recruiter call you, do you get something by mail or e-mail?

Any other useful information I would truly appreciate.

Ok! I did my vision, hearing and Labs this past Tues. at the military base in my area. I didn't have to go to the MEPS this go round, but I didn't go back in 97 when I first enlisted into the reserves. But if I was able to take that option and my recruiter didn't offer it to me then I'm going to be upset. I could us a mini-vacation...:nuke: Plus I have been to FSH for AIT and I LOOOOOOVED IT!!!! If it weren't for my kids I would not have came home. But anyway I am due to go for the second part of my physical which is on July 13, but in the meantime I am trying to gather alllllllllllll the paper work for my packet, references and all. Cause I'm trying to make the boards in July and if not July then in Aug. so wish me luck........:wink2:

This was my time line...my packet boarded 2 June, I found out I was selected about 9 days later. I commissioned into inactive status 3 days ago. I will now wait for orders which will take about 3 months(I was told). My plan is not to go to OBLC until March 2010.

Best of luck. Hang in there with this long, long process. It'll all get done eventually. I commissioned May 26th and am waiting for orders. In the meantime, I continue to go to school waiting for the STRAP money to start to roll in. It will be a month tomorrow. I hope they get here soon, but there is no way to tell. I understand it could be another month still, but it is what it is. My past experience with the Army reminds me that it takes forever to get anything started and forever to get anything stopped. That's just the way it is.

I posted a question on another thread regarding STRAP, I too am waiting...got commissioned Army Reserves April 22, orders posted June 11th (found them on my AKO account and then letter came a week later), all STRAP enrollment forms were submitted electronic back on April 29th, but I didn't get my w-2 and DD 1199 forms in until just last week. HRC-St Louis confirmed they received the last 2 forms but didn't give me any info on when Direct Deposit could be anticipated. A STRAP credentialing rep requested my license and certifications back on June 18th too, so I think all my forms are submitted and complete.

My summer session ends the 1st week of august and I register for fall then and was hoping to have STRAP to avoid securing student loans again.

When did you submit your enrollment forms? At this point, my recruiter is done with all that they have done, it's up to me to follow up with my schooling, verification etc. Just curious if you've had the same form requests and more idea on payment start yet.
