This is a thread for anyone interested or applying for June & August 2023 cohorts. 

I'm not sure if there was a facebook group created for the August 2023 cohort Henderson campus so I went ahead and created one if anyone would like to join here's the link!

Honestly everyone I've known to apply has gotten it. It should take two weeks to grade your application. They will either deny it or put you on alternate status. If your get placed on alternate status you will be awarded the scholarship.

They haven't sent any financial aid offers though. I asked the FA advisor for Henderson when we would hear back but it's been about a month without a response. 

I just looked at the PowerPoint they sent us and it says on there that offers will start going out early March

I got an Interview invite! Does anyone know what the possibility of getting in in is? Any tips? Im so excited!

Study the interview questions on the roseman thread :) and just be yourself . Goodluck on your interview .

You should be fine. Everyone doesn't get an interview from what I am hearing. Study the interview questions which can  be found on the threads. I actually got the same exact questions I studied honestly. The interview isn't hard at all and my interviewers made me feel very welcomed. You got this!

I've never been the person to hold vital information that can help a person to succeed, so If anyone is interested in applying to the Nursing Full Ride Scholarships here is the link:https://VA-ams-info.intelliworxit.com/hpsp/  The catch is you have work for the VA for 2 years.

Thank you! About how many questions are asked and how long is the interview? It says it can take up to 4 hours on the email confirmation!

The first 1 and a half hours  they go over financial aid, the school curriculum and any questions you have. After that you will be called in a break out room with your interviewers. A link will pop up on your screen. Your actual interview is no more than 10 mins. Trust me you will be fine. I was super nervous as well but the interview itself is a breeze.

I was asked 5 questions total. 

The writing prompt is two essay questions that you choose from and write a 500 word essay. Seems they send it out 3 days before your interview or sooner.

Good luck on your interview! I know other people mentioned this already but there's been questions posted in other threads that were asked. Just go over those and I'm sure you'll do great!
