I am going to be applying for the June 2023 cohort. If anyway has interview tips or suggestions about the program. Please don’t hesitate to respond

Cool. I applied for August. If you don't mind me asking what were your stats and did you get selected for an interview?
I scoured through a lot of the last threads and these were the questions I found that people got asked:
1. Tell us a time you showed compassion in a dire time.
2. Tell me a time when you had to earn the respect of someone.
3. Tell me about a time you went above and beyond.
4. How would you show caring and compassion towards a patients dissatisfied family?
5. How would you handle someone rude?
6. Describe a time when you were in charge of a group project and someone dropped the ball.
7. Tell me about a time when your integrity was questioned: how did you handle the situation?
8. What have you done to prepare for nursing school.
9. How would you handle a negative environment or someone with a negative attitude?
10. Define professionalism. How would you exhibit it?
* I have 16 more questions, I didn't want to post them all and overwhelm you but I can post them if you'd like?
I definitely don’t mind. This will better prepare me for the interview. The application for the June 2023 cohort does not open until December 1st. I currently have a 3.5 GPA with 1 more class to take college algebra and the TEAS which I’m taking on the 16th of December
I’ve read through threads as well and seen people are getting accepted with courses in progress. If you have any information about that as well I’d definitely love the insight because I’m going to apply as soon as the app opens.
I see it’s super competitive and everyone wants to go to the Henderson location which is my first choice as well.

I'm sorry but I don't know much about admissions if you have courses in progress except that I know you can still be accepted. I would definitely get in touch with an advisor, mine was very helpful and they will help you determine if you have a competitive GPA or not. I applied to the South Jordan campus. I'm not sure where you live but if you live out of state and get accepted into Henderson, they require that you take an additional History course.
These are the rest of the questions:
1. Describe a time where you didn't have enough information to do a task efficiently. How did you overcome that?
2. Tell me about yourself.
3. Do you have a support system.
4. Why Roseman?
5. Have you ever had to work with someone who did below the standard. What would/did you do?
6. Tell me about a time you had to display leadership and motivate someone?
7. Why do you want to be a nurse?
8. What 3 aspects are important to teamwork?
9. What motivates you?
10. Why are caring and compassion at the heart of nursing?
11. What would you do if you encountered someone being dishonest.
12. How have you inspired or set an example for someone that was struggling.
13. Nursing characteristics you have?
14. What is your learning style?
15. What are your plans for after nursing school?
16. Can you tell me about a time you received feedback you weren't happy with.
17. 3 things you have improved on academically or professionally.
Hope this helps!
Good luck!

I’m interested in the Henderson Campus as well. I haven’t even started prereqs but they partner with Straighterline and the courses are cheap so I can do that. Does anyone know when the application period for the June start closes?

For any one accepted. What was your GPA and TEAS score? I still need to take the TEAS and want to know what the range they accept is! Also did anyone have good GPA/scores, make it to the interview process, AND not get in?

Hi, they won’t be pulling applications until after Winter break. I know for TEAS it’s 79 percent and for GPA I’m not sure. I would definitely make sure it’s over a 3.0 for your math and science and overall. It appears they have two GPA’s they go off of ..
Also, did you all notice the new curriculum?
