July Visa Bulletin: EB3 processing for Filipinos --CURRENT!!

The latest CIR junked... No Bridge legislation Passed yet. No additional Visas given to foreign nurses coming to US... and yet the priority dates jumped from last month's visa bulletin of June 2005 to CURRENT!! Meaning they're processing applications REAL TIME? What happend? How did the line moved so fast when no visa are available/hence given for it to move? How can it be processing current applications when I know so many from previous years application that has no visa numbers yet due to the retro. What do you think.

I am also under 2005 PD (october to be exact)! Do i even have a splinter of hope to get in that window? Btw, tnx silverdragon for your response on my query re:EB3 vs H1B.

This thread is very old--it's referring to July, 2007!

I don't know for sure, but that window may have been open and shut a few times since then...
