July 2017 pvt NCLEX

Published

Hello everybody,

I took my exam (NCLEX PN) on 7/25/2017. I finished with 205 questions and it took me 4.5 hours. I walked out feeling like a totally failed because all my classmates finished with 85 questions and they passed. I tried the PVT because I feel really anxious right now because I really don't want to retake the exam. When I entered my cc info (I changed the expiration date) the message "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time". I'm freaking out because I think this means I failed because when I researched the "good pop up" is worded differently.

PVT does not work 100%

Wait till 48 hours when you can purschase quick result

I took mine today RN did PVT

My card decline just wait

You passed!

Forget about the pvt. You did not get a good pop up, you did not get a bad pop-up. You found out that your results are on hold. When the hold is lifted, results will be sent to your State Board of Nursing regarding your test. Holds can be placed for tons of reasons. Sometimes a palm scan didn't read right or had to be repeated. Sometimes there's a glitch at the testing center that has nothing to do with you or your test. Sometimes there's a review of video to look for cheating. All of that and none of that makes any difference right now. You'll get the results when they are available, if you can pay for quick results in your state do that. If not, check your Board of Nursing website for details. Good luck!

I took the NCLEX on a Tuesday in CA. My tested ended at 75. I than realized I either did really good or really and and started to panic. I than started googling how common it is to fail with 75. Then I stumbled upon the PVT and decided to try it.

Needless to say I got the BAD pop up. I tried it at least 20x within 36 hours. Over and over again, I used expired credit cards, gift cards all the tricks. I was ONE step away from paying and I NEVER got the good pop up.

I was so depressed. I didn't want to talk to anyone and basically hid away for 2 days. When I was starting to accept my fate, I decided to check at My breeze account shortly after midnight and Then my license number popped up!!!

I PASSED! I couldn't believe it. I checked it over and over again. I then went to Pearson and my results have not been Updated. So my license showed up about 8 hours before the 48 hour mark.

Just wanted to let you all know THERE IS STILL a chance if you get the BAD POP UP.

Good luck!

Did you get your results yet?

FWIW, you did not get the bad Pop-Up. You said you were one step away from paying, that means that you did not actually pay anything. The bad Pop-Up is a receipt for $200 because you paid, or it attempted to charge your card EITHER because you failed or because you gave it bad card info. You gave bad card info, and did not submit valid info to find out if it would take it. In your case, you did not really do the pvt so you wouldn't know if it worked for you or not. Just saying.
