I am applying as a transfer to JU nursing for fall 2011. does anyone know anyone that has gotten accepted? or anyone that is applying? any feedback would be awesome!
I had no idea UNF had a Grad program. I would like to go to UM for grad school or something out of state. I guess I have plenty of time to make my decision.
I agree that June is so far. That gives me just one and half months to look for an apartment and move up there. It will be extremely stressful for me since I live 6 hours away.
You heard correctly! I live at the beach but I think it's kindof pricey for what you get, although there are some really good deals going on in the area, and the commute is about 25-30 min. The UNF area/kerman/hodges have several great options too, but im partial to the beach :) You should have no trouble finding something reasonably priced :) I'm excited for you.! Lots of great possibilities are ahead :)
Yes I was leaning more towards the beach area as well. My friend lives in a house one block from the beach with two other roomates and they each pay $350 a month which is very reasonable since I love the beach! I am not even going to look until I know I have been accepted because I do not want to get my hopes up.
Hey ladies, does anyone know the answer to this... I am thinking to apply to their summer term 2012 but I will be enrolled in my last 3 classes for my AA in the Spring. I am allowed to apply or do I need to be finished?
This question isn't addressed to me, since I'm a male, but I'll answer anyways. As long as you are done with your pre reqs by the start of the term you are applying for, you can apply. I was in your situation, and I just emailed the results of my classes after they were complete. Chris Rillstone is very helpful for questions like this by the way. He's easy to get ahold of.

Grad school would have to be UNF with internship at Mayo. I've been employed at Mayo for almost 8 years and have full intentions of maintaining my relationship ( even if I'm selected for the Fall program) with the clinic and incredible physicians I'm privileged to work with everyday I must say the one thing I really like about JU in comparison to other nursing programs is that they look at each applicant as a whole and not just a test score or GPA. I'm hoping for some early decisions! June is too far away
