1. Be sure to know a few facts about the hospital (Who was John Peter Smith? How many beds does the hospital have? Is it a teaching hospital?).
2. They might give you a verbal scenario on a clinical situation to see if you would know what to do if that situation ever arose.
3. They might ask you to tell them a few things about you.
4. They might ask, "Why should we hire you?" Tell them why you're the best person for the job opening.
5. They may ask how well you deal with pressure, coworkers, patients, families, doctors, and other interpersonal situations.
