Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to start a thread for those who applied to the DNP program at Hopkins. I recently applied prior to the early Nov 1 deadline. I noticed from last years thread that some applicants mentioned they had interviews already (at this time). Has anyone applied and been interviewed yet? Best of luck to everyone.

 

Notifications last year for regular decision came out on March 16th! I need an answer, so I can honestly stop looking at my email!

Hey All,

I applied to the DNP FNP program. Previously, I was anxiously awaiting a response alone until I stumble across this page. Thanks for sharing your insights and experience, while making me laugh a few times!  As is often the case in nursing, you have to find every opportunity to connect with people who are also in the thick of it and find moments to laugh (sometimes in lieu of crying!).

I went to another talk the admissions team held today... its an incredible program.  Wishing you all the best and hopefully ill get to meet some of you guys in the program.  Halfway through March so an answer should be coming soon!

I recently submitted BSN-DNP program for PMHNP before January deadline but my application got verified on February. I have not heard for interview invitation. Should I consider myself as rejected?

I wouldn't give up, they review them in batches and you might be reviewed after this next round of application decisions. I have a friend who got accepted in April after she submitted her application in March last year for FNP.

I agree! They have to process a lot of applications. There is still a chance. 
 

I can't for this wait to be over 😂. This has been the longest month of my life. A girl needs to plan if she is attending or not 😩

The longest month!! I can't wait for my email box to be unattended to and reach 1,000 unread emails again. It's currently cleaned and empty and it just doesn't match my email box vibes I go for.
