Didn't see a discussion made, so I created one to update each other on notifications, etc. Good luck everyone! 

Still Under Review so I am 99.99999% sure I will be rejected at this point. I did not interview

I'm in the same boat. What are your stats? Maybe they prioritize those who had a senior preceptorship?

During the interview or the offer call?

Interview was a lot of behavioral style and a good amount of scenario questions. For the offer call, it was just informational, letting me know next steps, etc.

 

 

ETA: I'm an ADN grad with no senior preceptorship. I graduated with a 3.98, was class president, did my BSN concurrently still have 2 semesters left, and had a lot of ICU clinical experience at a level 1 trauma hospital. But I'm also an internal applicant, so there's that part of it.

They were all behavioral type of questions. Tell me about a time you made a mistake, received a negative feedback, had to deal with a difficult patient ...what did you do...kinda question. All five panelists asked me a question. It was intense.
