Is anyone in the Public Health nursing- Nurse midwifery track or MPH/MSN (FNP) track can you tell me about your experience, the rigor of the classes?

I am interested in the program but scared about the tuition!!! How is the financial aid package?

I'm always puzzled by these types of questions. "Rigor" of classes totally depends upon your own personal student background, study habits, and general IQ. What is rigorous to a lower-ranking student with poor study habits can be a breeze to a high-performing, hard-working student. How do you gauge the innate abilities or study habits of those who respond to you (online) in order to compare them to yourself?

Even more striking are requests for information about financial packages. After shepherding 2 children through the the college financial aid/scholarship process, I can assure you that every.single.applicant has a different story to tell about their apps, their financial position, their parents' financial position, their awards, and their loans. No one else's experience can possibly give credible info another person's potential experience.

I truly don't mean to sound harsh. It is good to ask questions and seek others' input. But an online forum is not be the ideal place to do so. Ask around amongst your friends. Ask the campus advisors. Arrange a day on campus and ask your student guides who are living the life and attending the school. Now, there's some advice to listen to.
