jobs for nurses on probation

I am on probation with the BRN. (default decision which means that though I was not guilty of any wrong doing they treat me as if I were guilty) Where can one get a job in southern california while on probation. I have many years of experience in nursing but once they hear that I am on probation they want nothing to do with me.They do not like the paperwork. So can someone give me a suggestion as to who will hire nurses on probation. I only have 6 months to get a job.

I am on probation with the BRN. It was a default decision. No, I was quilty of no wrong doing. But I refused to grovel before the board. Need I say more. Now I have six months to find a job or the license is revoked. Everyone wants to hire me until they hear that I am on probation. They do not want to have to handle the paperwork. Does any one know of a company in Los Angeles that hires nurses who are on probation? I need to work.
