I have heard that once more people have access to health care, as the universal health care rolls around, there will be more jobs available and it will be easier for nurses to find jobs. What is your take on that??

I live in MA where universal care has been implemented for several years. 'Positions have decreased and salaries have gone down.
Positions have decreased and salaries have gone down.
I've heard that the overcrowding in ER hasn't really gone down much. And that the uninsured is still high. People pay the fine and they get insurance when they get sick. Then they drop it again. Is this the reality?
Too bad, I had high hopes that MA would work out.

The number of insured is the high 90S..... the problem is two fold, one there are not enough PCPs to go around the the insured without a PCP go to the ER for care.
Hospital revenues are down because the uncompensated pool paid more than many insurance plans do.
