Jobs in Chicago area for BSN new grad?

U.S.A. Illinois

Are there any hospitals or any facilities that isn't LTC or assisting living that are willing to hire new grads? I'm starting to lose hope here, I've tried countless of places and not a single phone call from anyone.

I originally thought it was my resume or cover letter, but I had both examined by a dedicated faculty staff from our school who creates professional resumes. I've tried behavioral health, prisons, rehabs, home care, and still nothing.

Well, I had an interview today for a School RN position that paid $24/hr. Ended up respectfully declining the offer and I also have an interview for med/surg in a hospital in Chicago tomorrow.

I am a BSN graduating in December 2015 and I have been looking into moving to Chicago when I graduate, just for something new. I am really worried about the job market. Every other city I'm looking at seems to have a poor outlook if you don't have some kind of connection.

Hi! I am currently a BSN student in Houston as well and I was wondering if you ever ended up moving to Chicago? I'm interested in moving there after graduation too and would love to get any advice from someone who did it!
