I think you will like to area .... Asheville is a wonderful place with some of the nicest people and great sites you will see! The weather is wonderful and we get little snow.

As far as Mission .... their nurse to patient ratio is really the best in the area. I am certain it is comparative to where you are now working or maybe even better. Have you visited their web site? That is a great place to start. I am not sure what openings they have, but there web site has a jobs link and they have all their jobs posted.

Black Mountain is a great place ... real estate is reasonable and the area is great. Of course, it is sometimes tough getting off the mountain in the winter if there has been snow or ice. I would recommend you looking at the chamber of commerce web site for Asheville. It has a lot fo great information that you might find useful.

thank you, i have been looking at websites for the area. i live in ny, near saratoga springs now, and our attending works both in albany and in tennessee.........he knows the attending at mission nicu, hopefully i will set up a visit ......................the salary cannot be less than here !!!!!!!!!!!!!
