I just graduated with the BSN and passed NCLEX, and now pursuing the registration in a compact state. I am a career changer and have no experience in nursing, I am finding the job search extremely frustrating. I am feeling like I made a huge mistake pursuing this career. What is a successful way to get a job for a new nurse with no experience?

Have you had someone take a look at your resume? Sometimes it can be something as easy to fix as wording for past experience in whatever other careers you've had. It's also all about volume. Get your resume out there, apply for everything. And try to write cover letters!
