my job and licences

just need some support. i am fixen to get fired from my first job, since i have been nursing for 8 years. ever since i moved to this state(nc) i have been wrote up for everything u can imagen. my record was clean until i moved and started working for the facility i am working at. no matter who i talk to the "managers are always right" and all i here is i have a think file. yes i had 2 weeks of learning nc policies and trying to get moved and other personal stuff like losing my children after 18 years, because i chose to move to try to make just a little more money. i only had 4 days on the floor and then i was cut lose. went from paper charting to computer charting. etc.

just some advise and some support

I'm sorry you've had such frustration. I think you have a lot on your plate. Maybe after getting your personal life in order, you can try another facility. Give yourself a break!
