i also am learning after 8years of nursing that u have to put everything writing no matter what it is. the higher people will screw u in the long run because they are going to cover up there mistakes no matter what to keep there job. always remember there is nobody looking out for u except for yourself and u can't let them get over you

yes i have seen also worked as CNA before, no u r right, they lose money and cry that we can't meet buget. so really in the long run we get hit in the pocket no matter what we do. But if u are like most of us, the patients have to be taken care of, no matter what. i don't know about u but i could not stand let a patient suffer because they simplely want a glass of water or even a bath.

just need some support. i am fixen to get fired from my first job, since i have been nursing for 8 years. ever since i moved to this state(nc) i have been wrote up for everything u can imagen. my record was clean until i moved and started working for the facility i am working at. no matter who i talk to the "managers are always right" and all i here is i have a think file. yes i had 2 weeks of learning nc policies and trying to get moved and other personal stuff like losing my children after 18 years, because i chose to move to try to make just a little more money. i only had 4 days on the floor and then i was cut lose. went from paper charting to computer charting. etc. just some advise and some support
