JOB HUNTING is a JOB!

Hello all,

went to job fair, did the online application, even went to HR-gave out tons of resumes-not getting any feedback or even a bite yet....what is going on?

I know I have missed the boat on many recruitment times, but this is getting rediculous!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Any advice on a new approach???

Some people refuse to give you a phone number and the online applications is another pool of applicants.:eek:

PLEASE HELP!
