When I'm doing a job application and I'm listing previous jobs I wonder sometimes how to do that. For example say I work at a small "hospital" which might change locations do I use the address where I actually worked or do I use the address of the new location? Also if I have an employer who changes names, say ABC company turns into XYZ company, which name do I use? Also, do I put down the name and address of the physical location where I worked, or the name and address of the corporate office where my employment records would probably be? Thank you
