JJC Nursing Fall 2016

Published

Anyone here applied for the fall program at JJC? I'm so anxious waiting to get the email!

I applied for the Fall 2016 and am anxious to get an email too!

I think they are supposed to be sent out next week. Did you apply for the day or night program?

I applied too! I have called the nursing department 3 times within the last week to see if they have a count of total applicants I feel like I'm stalking them....

Specializes in NICU, ICU, PICU, Academia.

And JJC is an acronym for.....?

I also applied and am equally excited, though they already changed my major and said I'm definitely in for fall. I want the email to be absolutely sure! I said I prefered nights but will do days if needed. Anyone know what the actual days vs nights hours are?

I think on other posts they said night classes start at 4pm and clinicals may be as early as 2 pm and it can be up till 10pm and then you have either Wednesday or Thursday off. Days are roughly from 8am till noon with a day off as well. I called the nursing admissions yesterday and she told me everything is good and congratulated me on getting into the program. You can double check and call them if you are nervous.

Thanks! I work 12am to roughly 8am and work at least 6 days a week so I hope I get the nights 😬 don't want to give up working for this program

Anyone get anything yet?? I'm also waiting! Not very patiently..but I'm waiting! í ½í¸©í ½í¸©

I haven't heard anything. (not so) Patiently waiting as well ;)

Nothing here yet either, but the advisor I spoke with warned they would likely not be until the first 2 weeks of march
