I didn't see a thread already. Is anyone applying for Spring 2019?
Hi Everyone,
It's a long story of why I've already heard back from JHU, but I've actually been accepted into the Spring 2019 cohort.
I met with a student ambassador and I also went to their Open House back in June where I met some of the professors & learned a TON about the program, which ultimately became my deciding factor for picking Johns Hopkins despite the price tag. I was in awe...Personally, I believe it is worth it.
If you guys have any questions about the program or anything, I'm happy to answer them and good luck to everyone!

MV1993 wow! Congratulations!! I am super curious about how you've heard back so early- do you mind sharing? If not, that's ok. I am waiting on pins and needles over here!
Have fun at the Open House @diabk! Definitely have some questions prepared for the students, professors, financial aid, etc. so you can get the most of it.
I heard back already because I originally applied for the Fall 2018 cohort, however, I applied late. After a few correspondences with them via email and phone, they offered me admission for the Spring! Even though I had other acceptances for Fall 2018 for other schools, after attending the Open House, I felt that it was best to wait for JHU.
Wishing you guys the best of luck when admissions finally come out! Once they start releasing them & there's a bigger group of admits, I can probably start the FB group. I'm just unsure on what to call it (JHU Class of Summer 2020?).
@beHappy22- I submitted my application in early June, but my references were slow and submitted them on the last day of June (Ugh). I got an email from NursingCAS on July 9 that said my coursework had been verified and my application was submitted to JHU, and then I got the "you're on your way" email on July 12.

I also received the "You're on your way" email. I was startled by the "Congratulations" in the subject line. I think they should reconsider that choice of wording! Haha.
