Hey guys! I just thought I'd start a thread for this year's JSCC Nursing School hopefuls!
Summer/Fall? Have you submitted yet? Full time/part time?
I turned in my application on the first day of class! Pretty sure I have everything I need finished. The advisor told me I could apply for summer (full time) if I wanted so I did! I applied with 197.7 points and a 3.5 GPA. If I don't get in (kind of iffy on if they will accept the science prereq I have) I'm just going to retake the TEAS test and apply for fall.
I just found this thread and wanted to put in my two cents. I applied to the Shelby/Hoover campus for the 2016 fall semester part time nursing program. I have 188 points. Was wondering if this i competitive enough to get into the part time program.

I sure hope you are because I applied for the part time program with 1.5 less points than you. Hopefully it's enough to get us in. We should know pretty soon.
Well I just spoke with someone in Nursing and she didn't have info on number of applicants or points cut off BUT she did say we would find out THIS WEEK. God help us all!
Yeah I'm extremely nervous now. I can't decide if I'm ready to know or scared to find out. Haha! When I asked about the points she said the Dean was looking over everything now and that it still wasn't determined.
