Jefferson FACT 2015 Applicants

Hello all!

I thought I'd start a thread for the FACT applicants at Jefferson for Pre-fall 2015. I was just accepted yesterday and am looking forward to meeting other applicants in May. If you have any questions or comments on the application process, feel free to leave a post.

That's definitely after the start of the program. You can talk to your teachers to see if they can help you finish early.

I got my acceptance last Friday. Joejoe3, are you going to FACT Program or going back to Villanova?

Has anybody submitted the $500 deposit yet? We only have 3weeks right?

I got accepted to the 2015 FACT program, I will not be going back to Villanova. It's a good program but they don't give 2nd chances or remediation. I will be submitting my deposit on December 1st, and yes, we only have 3 weeks to submit it.

Joejoe3, I was told by one of the faculties that if I ever fail one of the class in BSN express, I can take it again the next time that class available(next semester, not next cohort). But from your experience, it's a different story.

Well, I guest I will go to Jefferson instead Villanova. The 9 credits toward MSN is something the other school can't offer.

No, you can't take that class over until the next years cohort. That's what happened to me, I got below a 73% on my medsurge test and was immediately dropped from the program. I was however offered to return for the 2015 cohort, and they said they would allow me to continue where I left off, so I would not have to attend the summer session, I would only have to start from the fall.

Again Villanova has a good program but they are very strict on their policy of passing courses with a 73%.

Hi all! I have my interview tomorrow, and I am extremely excited and nervous! Congrats to all that have been accepted so far! Wishful thinking, I am looking forward to meeting all of you!!

For those who were accepted, congrats! How long after your interview did you hear back about your acceptance? I have my interview December 2 and I actually have to tell another school on Decemebr 9, so I am hoping to hear back before then!

I had my interview at 10am, and I heard back through email the following morning from them offering me acceptance. Good luck!!

I had my interview on a Tuesday morning and got the acceptance the next morning?

I had my interview on Monday and I got the acceptance on Friday. I think they give out the decision every Friday, am I right?

I've submitted the deposit last week, so see you all in May.

Oh wow! That is awesome! I really hope I get accepted. Were the interviews very formal or more relaxed?
