Jefferson FACT 2015 Applicants

Hello all!

I thought I'd start a thread for the FACT applicants at Jefferson for Pre-fall 2015. I was just accepted yesterday and am looking forward to meeting other applicants in May. If you have any questions or comments on the application process, feel free to leave a post.

I'm a current FACT student and have to say that I, along with many of my classmates, are extremely disappointed in the quality of education we are receiving especially given the reputation of the university. I do not have any first-hand knowledge of the quality of other accelerated programs but would recommend potential applicants to really do their homework and reach out to current students at other programs to get feedback from them on the program. If I could go back in time, I would have taken my acceptance to Penn despite the increased cost and time of the program simply because of it's ranking and reputation.

Hi np2017!

I would really like to chat with you about the FACT program! I have been accepted at both and DeSales University, and I am waiting to hear back from VCU in Jan. I was just offered an interview at TJU, but I have been wanting to get ahold of a current student to talk to them about the specifics of the FACT program. I don't want to decline my offers at these other places before I do my research, as you said! Is there any way we could connect on Facebook, or maybe just email back and forth about the program? I promise I'm not a creep, haha, just someone who really wants to do their research since I will be taking out a considerable amount of money to complete an accelerated program!
