Hello all!
I thought I'd start a thread for the FACT applicants at Jefferson for Pre-fall 2015. I was just accepted yesterday and am looking forward to meeting other applicants in May. If you have any questions or comments on the application process, feel free to leave a post.
Good luck!
Congrats SD728! I was going to start a 2015 accepted students group on Facebook but I dont know how to PM info on this website but I started an email account at [email protected]
you can send a PM there to start up a FB group if you're interested.
Hey all!!
Congrats to everyone who has already been accepted!! I am in the process of scheduling my interview, and received my invitation to interview November 6. I am really anxious/excited about the interview, I hope I get accepted! I am happy to hear it is laid back.
Good luck guys! :)
I just got my acceptance letter to the May 2015 cohort. I attended Villanova's 2014 BSN Express Program but did not succeed because I did not get above a 70% on the MedSurg exam.
Villanova is not like TJU, if you fail a test at Villanova your done for the year, but they will offer you to return for the following years cohort. I look forward to meeting you all in May, if any of you have any questions for me, I will try and answer them. I can't speak on TJU, but I can give you some insight on the pace of an accelerated program.

Hi Nitnotmul! I interviewed a couple of weeks ago and got my offer the next day. I was another one who applied the day the application opened this summer.
The interview was very much like a conversation rather than an interview. They really want to get to know you and your personality. There were a lot of questions about my previous career, and how I felt that would benefit me as a nurse. They also really want to know why Jefferson specifically. There are a lot of accelerated nursing programs out there, and they want to know why you feel Jefferson is the right fit for you! Another question I remember was about what I felt I would bring to the class. Just make sure you know why nursing, why Jefferson, and your strengths as a person and a student, and you will do great!
