I am an RN, BSN with a little bit more than one year of hospital experience. I've been working at a mid-size hospital 5-6 nights a week to be able to provide for the family. The drive to work and back home takes me 2 hours per day. I fill exhausted, my child grows without me being in her life, and I will be the only source of income for the family of 5 for the next 3-4 years.
I am looking for a better place to work and narrowed down my choices to JCL and Scottsdale Osborn. The questions that I have are
- what kind of differentials and how much those hospitals pay for BSN, nights, weekends, overtime?
Any input will be helpful.
