Welcome.... This is a thread created for January 2014 Broward College students and others who are interested in there ADN program. We all have so many questions and concerns about the program.
We are 7-8 months away from sitting in the first class of the January 2014 nursing program. What have you been doing to prepare for this? What pre-req's do you have left to take? What inspired you to become a nurse? Is BC your first school of chose? Are there any other programs your interested in?
I am having the hardest time trying to print the PDF files UGH!!! Is anyone able to convert them to word doc? Adobe wants $20.00 for the year to do that.. ;( It might be worth it becus a lot of the North campus doc are PDF.. :/ SO FRUSTRATE!!!
Hi I'm new to the group. I got an email from north and one from health sciences. I think we can probably assume that the others will come Monday. This whole process is already slightly stressing me out. Has anyone logged into mybc today? I was able earlier but now it's not letting me. Ugh, need to finish scholarship essay...[/quote']

What files? You may be able to save them and print at an Office Depot, but I nor my bf had trouble when we had to print them this past summer.
Does yours have the schedule in your email? or just the required doc for background ck and stuff? Also how do you know its from North campus? Mine just says Broward College
This is really upsetting, becus I REALLY want to goto North campus and some students have already gotten an email from them. I will cry if i cant go there. I live in Coral Springs and everything else is so far away. Im becoming very discouraged and stressed out. :/ Plus they have me as "accepted with success plan". I really dont know why I have that. I have a high GPA and passed the HESI with an overall 89%

Relax... NOONE can register until the day OF registration and if they do then they get dropped. Simple as that. :)
I know it's from North because on the emai says is from north. I have the schedule, folder info,, binder info..
